Essential Functions:
1.
Assist and coordinate with Media Lead/Supervisor on media/sound for all internal and external event as needed.
2.
Coordinates and manages programing for all monitors for static and live feeds.
3.
Assist and coordinate with the Media Supervisor to execute live shows.
4.
Coordinates and executes sound and show for the casino.
5.
Assist Media Lead/Supervisor in promoting and informing casino patrons of the entertainment events scheduled.
6.
Assist in resolving conflicts that may arise, prior to an event.
7.
Assist with the events and promotions calendar.
8.
Must possess great customer service skills and a passion for customer care.
9.
Meets and greets guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
10.
Acknowledgement of daily promotions.
11.
Know and follow all P&Ps and SOPs set for the department.

QualificationsEDUCATION:
High School diploma or GED.
Experience:
Previous sound and stage experience a plusLICENSES OR CERTIFICATIONS:
Be able to obtain/maintain Eastern Shawnee Tribe of Oklahoma gaming license.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Must have the manual dexterity to operate computer keyboard and necessary equipment.
Must be able to stoop, bend, lift and carry up to 50lbs.
Ability to observe and react to handle guest questions and complaints.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
We maintain an alcohol/drug-free workplace.
Must have the ability to work in a fast paced environment and perform in casino operations containing smoke and second hand smoke with high noise level and bright lights.
Must be able and willing to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
Ability to work in fast paced environment and problem solving ability.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
