Essential Functions:
Oversee & coordinate the planning, organizing, training & leadership necessary to achieve stated objectives in cost, employee, retention, guest service & satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness & sanitation.
Ensure food and beverage products meet standards and make appropriate changes when necessary.
Assist manager with preparing schedules.
Assist cashier functions of voids and overrides.
Build relationships with customers and able to resolve customer complaints.
Prepare prep lists.
Enforce appearance standards.
Train/coach employees with the knowledge, development and appropriate direction to perform their responsibilities.
Handle corrective action when necessary.
Assist manager to ensure timely and accurate performance appraisals.
Must be able to motivate team and maintain high morale.
Adhere to regulatory, departmental and company policies in an ethical manner.
Participates in candidate selection, terminations, performance reviews, transfers and disciplinary actions.
Continually strive to develop your staff in all areas of managerial & professional development.
Assist other manager in other venues when needed.

QualificationsEDUCATION:
High school diploma / GED required.
Experience:
Minimum of 3-5 years restaurant management experience.
Computer skills.
Prior knowledge of food and preparation and presentation.
Must have the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
LICENSES OR CERTIFICATIONS:
Be able to obtain/maintain Eastern Shawnee Tribe of Oklahoma gaming license.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to maneuver in the casino, visual acuity to observe and react to handle guest questions and complaints.
While performing the duties of this job, the Team Member is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to feel, or handle objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk or hear; and taste or smell.
The Team Member is occasionally required to stoop, kneel, and crouch.
The Team Member must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
We maintain an alcohol/drug-free workplace.
Must have the ability to work in a fast paced environment and perform in casino operations containing smoke and second hand smoke with high noise level and bright lights.
Must be able and willing to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
