2K a year 4 days ago 4 days ago 4 days ago JOB SUMMARY Wyandotte Tribe of Oklahoma is seeking an Information Technology Application Analyst who will support and maintain in-house applications.
Primary duties include monitoring and maintaining existing servers based applications, maintaining databases, and new server application projects.
Duties/
Responsibilities:
Provide support via help desk tickets for end user server based applications in a multi-business enterprise environment Monitor and respond to application performance metrics Manage server application installs and changes Setup new users, manage access levels, and reset passwords for applications Support applications programmed in a variety of programming languages Maintain and develop integrations for multiple ERP systems Coordinate with other IT staff members to schedule and perform application upgrades/patches Provided database management support Manage the configuration and operation of client software Document server and client installation procedures Participate in projects that involve software or require a database Create and maintain policies and procedures Generate reports utilizing SQL Query, SSRS, and/or.
NET Work with other members of the IT staff as necessary Other duties as assigned Required Skills/Abilities:
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite Experience with Windows Server operating systems Experience with Microsoft SQL and SSMS Excellent verbal and written communication skills Valid driver's license Ability to obtain Gaming License Preferred Skills/Abilities:
HTML5, CSS, XML, and JavaScript Visual Studio,.
NET, VB.
NET and C# BI setup and reporting HR and payroll systems Great Plains accounting system Kronos time keeping Education/
Experience:
Technical Degree, Associate Degree in field, or at least 2 years completed and actively pursuing Bachelor Degree in field.
Industry certifications and/or additional experience may be considered as a substitute.
CompTIA A+, Network+, and Security
certification.
Ability to demonstrate equivalent aptitude or obtain certifications within 6 months of starting the position may be considered 2-3 years prior application support experience Other industry certifications and/or previous experience may be considered Physical requirements:
